What happens next
- We verify ownership.Verification protects your account from unauthorized requests.
- Account-linked data is removed or de-identified.This is generally completed within 30 days after verification.
- Required records may remain.Transaction, legal, security, and protected backup records follow the privacy policy’s retention terms.
How to request
Send your request by email
Email 2getzenified@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” from the email address on your Zenified account, or include that address in your message. We will verify account ownership before deletion. Never include your password.
