Zenified mobile applications, getzenified.com, getzenified.live, and related digital services
This Privacy Policy explains how Zenified LLC ("Zenified," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use the Zenified mobile applications, getzenified.com, getzenified.live, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). It also explains the choices and privacy rights available to you.
Please read this Policy carefully. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. Where consent is legally required, we will request it before collecting or using the relevant information.
1. Who Is Responsible for Your Information
Zenified LLC is the operator of the Zenified mobile applications and digital wellness experience and is generally responsible for personal information processed through those services.
Physical-product purchases are fulfilled through commerce services operated by Get Zenified LLC. When you purchase a physical product, Get Zenified LLC may act as the merchant of record and may separately process order, payment, shipping, tax, fraud-prevention, and customer-service information. Shopify and other payment providers may also process information under their own privacy notices.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to information collected through the Zenified Android and iOS applications, Zenified websites and video portal, connected customer accounts, customer-support channels, email and notification programs, subscriptions, and optional device or wearable connections.
This Policy does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party websites, app stores, payment processors, social platforms, or services that you choose to access through external links. Review their privacy notices before providing information to them.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Account and contact information
When you create an account, join a waitlist, contact support, or manage your profile, we may collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, and preferred language.
- Account credentials or authentication identifiers. We do not receive your password when a third-party sign-in provider handles authentication.
- Country or region, time zone, communication preferences, and support correspondence.
- Profile settings, reminder preferences, favorite content, and saved selections.
3.2 Wellness profile and check-in information
The Services may allow you to provide wellness goals and non-diagnostic check-in information so Zenified can personalize ritual and content recommendations. Depending on the features you use, this may include:
- Selected wellness goals, preferred ritual formats, and preferred duration.
- Self-reported physical, emotional, or mental state selections; energy, stress, sleep-readiness, or mood check-ins; and what support you would like at that moment.
- Ritual completion, helpfulness feedback, feeling-after selections, favorites, watch history, and engagement patterns.
- Optional notes or journal entries if and when a journaling feature is made available.
Zenified content and recommendations are for general wellness and educational purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and the Services are not intended to provide emergency services.
3.3 Optional health, fitness, and wearable information
If you affirmatively connect Apple Health, Health Connect, Google Fit, a smartwatch, or another supported wearable service, the app may request permission to read limited categories such as steps, activity, sleep, heart rate, or related wellness measurements. The exact categories will be shown in the device-permission screen before access is granted.
Connection is optional. We will access only the data types you authorize and use them only to provide requested wellness features, improve personalization, display trends, or support reminders. We do not use health or fitness information for targeted advertising, credit decisions, employment decisions, insurance eligibility, or sale to data brokers. You may revoke access at any time through your device or connected-service settings; revocation stops future collection but does not automatically delete information already stored by Zenified.
3.4 Purchases, subscriptions, and transaction information
When you purchase products or digital access, we may receive transaction details such as products or premium sections purchased, subscription status, purchase date, renewal or expiration status, refund status, shipping and billing contact information, and an app-store or payment-provider transaction identifier.
Payment card numbers and complete financial credentials are processed by payment providers such as Apple, Google, Shopify, or Stripe. Zenified does not intend to store full payment-card numbers in its own systems.
3.5 Device, usage, and technical information
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device type, operating system, app version, browser type, language, time zone, and general device settings.
- Internet Protocol address, approximate location derived from IP address, network information, and security logs.
- App screens or webpages viewed, search and navigation activity, video starts and completions, feature interactions, crash reports, diagnostic events, and performance data.
- Device or app identifiers, push-notification token, cookie identifiers, and similar technologies used for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and service operation.
We do not collect precise geolocation unless a feature clearly requests it and you grant device permission. The current Zenified experience does not require precise location for its core functions.
3.6 Information from other sources
We may receive information from app stores, authentication providers, Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, email and messaging services, connected-device platforms, analytics and crash-reporting services, and social platforms when you interact with Zenified through those services. The information received depends on your settings and the provider’s rules.
4. How We Use Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- Provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Services.
- Create and authenticate accounts and synchronize authorized access across supported Zenified services.
- Personalize ritual, video, product-education, and wellness recommendations using your selections, time of day, activity, and prior feedback.
- Save favorites, watch history, reminders, check-ins, preferences, subscriptions, and progress.
- Process purchases, confirm digital entitlements, fulfill orders, manage subscriptions, and provide customer support.
- Send service messages, account alerts, reminders, push notifications, order updates, and other communications you request.
- Send marketing email or SMS only where permitted and consistent with your consent and opt-out choices.
- Analyze use, diagnose crashes, improve content and features, measure performance, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, protect rights and safety, and maintain required business records.
5. Legal Bases Where Applicable
Where laws such as the European Economic Area or United Kingdom data-protection rules require a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: performance of our contract with you; your consent; compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights. You may withdraw consent at any time, although withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully.
6. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information in the circumstances below. We require service providers to use information only for authorized purposes and to protect it appropriately.
6.1 Service providers
We may use providers for cloud hosting and storage, authentication, databases, app functionality, push notifications, email and SMS, video delivery, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, security, payment processing, ecommerce, shipping, and fulfillment. These may include AWS, Firebase or other Google services, Shopify, Stripe, Apple, Google Play, Omnisend, and fulfillment or shipping providers, depending on the feature and platform used.
6.2 Commerce and transaction partners
When you place an order or purchase a subscription, relevant information may be disclosed to the applicable app store, payment processor, ecommerce provider, Get Zenified LLC, warehouse, carrier, tax provider, or fraud-prevention service so the transaction can be completed and supported.
6.3 Legal, safety, and rights protection
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or legal process; necessary to protect users, Zenified, or others; needed to investigate fraud, security, or misuse; or appropriate to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
6.4 Business changes
Information may be disclosed as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice obligations.
6.5 With your direction
We may disclose information when you request or authorize us to do so, including when you connect a third-party service or intentionally share content.
7. No Sale of Personal Information
Zenified does not sell personal information for money. Zenified also does not use or disclose wellness check-ins or connected health and fitness information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change in a way that creates a legal right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, we will update this Policy and provide the required choice before using information in that manner.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our websites and app-based web content may use cookies, local storage, software development kits, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember settings, secure the Services, measure performance, understand feature use, and support permitted communications. You can manage cookies through your browser and certain mobile permissions through your device settings. Blocking essential technologies may prevent some features from working.
9. Communications and Notifications
You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message and may manage marketing SMS through the instructions provided in the message. You may control push notifications through app or device settings. We may still send non-promotional communications that are necessary for your account, purchases, subscription status, security, or requested support.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, accounting, tax, and compliance duties. Retention depends on the information and why it was collected:
- Account, preference, wellness-profile, saved-content, and engagement data are generally retained while your account remains active.
- After a verified account-deletion request, account-linked information will be deleted or de-identified within a reasonable operational period, generally within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Residual backup copies may remain protected and inaccessible in routine operations for up to 90 additional days.
- Transaction, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, and order records may be retained for the period required by law or reasonably needed to establish or defend legal claims.
- Marketing information is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, with limited suppression records retained to honor your opt-out.
- Security, diagnostic, and support records are retained for a limited period appropriate to their purpose and risk.
We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be linked back to you.
11. Account and Data Deletion
If the app permits account creation, you may request deletion through the in-app account settings or through the public account-deletion request method identified on the Zenified website. You may also contact 2getzenified@gmail.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.
Deleting the mobile app does not delete your account. Account deletion removes or de-identifies account-linked information except where retention is legally required, necessary to complete a transaction you requested, needed for security or fraud prevention, or otherwise permitted by applicable law. App-store purchase records may remain with Apple or Google under their separate policies.
12. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:
- Know whether we process your personal information and request access to it.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of personal information.
- Receive a portable copy of certain information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent.
- Opt out of marketing, and where legally applicable, sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
- Appeal a denial of a privacy request where local law provides that right.
- Use an authorized agent and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
To exercise a privacy right, email 2getzenified@gmail.com and describe your request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your account. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
13. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Disclosures
Where applicable state privacy law applies, the categories described in Section 3 may include identifiers; customer records; commercial information; internet or electronic activity; approximate geolocation; inferences; and sensitive personal information such as wellness selections or health and fitness information that you choose to provide. We use and disclose those categories for the business and commercial purposes described in Sections 4 and 6.
Zenified does not sell personal information for money and does not use wellness or connected-health information for targeted advertising. If a browser-based signal such as Global Privacy Control legally applies to a future practice, we will process it as required by applicable law.
14. International Users and Transfers
Zenified is based in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards.
15. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, authentication controls, monitoring, backups, and service-provider review. No system or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
16. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected without legally valid parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at 2getzenified@gmail.com. Users under 18 should use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian and should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using wellness or supplement information.
17. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may link to third-party sites or integrate with platforms such as Apple, Google, Shopify, Stripe, social platforms, or wearable providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Review those notices and your account or device settings before connecting a service or providing information.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use after the effective date means the revised Policy applies to future processing, subject to any consent rights required by law.
